I had a really pleasant experience staying at this hotel. the location is great as it is situated in the touristy Prawirotaman area, surrounded by many places to eat and explore. The hotel itself is in a nice neighborhood with a charming little garden, which adds to the overall ambiance. Secondly, the staff were very friendly and accommodating, always ready to assist with anything I needed. The basic amenities provided in the rooms, including a private "terrace", were satisfactory and made for a comfortable stay. Lastly, having breakfast included was a definite bonus and added value to the overall experience.
Everything was absolutely fine, no complaints whatsoever.

The room was very clean. We got free breakfast and afternoon tea (with a nice snack!) every day. The staff is very nice and helpfull. They clean the whole day! We have seen a lot of rooms in this area, before we went to this hotel, but this hotel was by far the best!

This hotel in a nice neighborhood located in Prawirotaman area is a fantastic find. The staff were extremely friendly and provided excellent service. The rooms with shared bathrooms were clean and well-maintained. The value for money was exceptional, especially with breakfast included.
No major issues, everything was satisfactory.

Very polite and friendly staff. Cozy hotel. All tours can be booked at once here. A hearty breakfast, good WiFi - all you need for a few nights.
Be prepared for the smell of mothballs is really very strong. Open wardrobe not even worth it.

The staff were really friendly and accomodating. The deco is really nice and although the room is rather small, it is cosy and comfortable.
We were quite disappointed that the rate for the extra bed charged was not in accordance to what was indicated on Booked.net at usd6.00. Instead, we were charged 150,000 rupiahs. Not too fair.

The hotel offered free tea and coffee, which was nice. The location was great, as it was close to restaurants and shops. The staff was friendly and helpful.
My stay at the hotel during Christmas was not pleasant. The construction next door was very loud and started early in the morning.

The hotel has an excellent location, with easy access to local attractions and public transportation. The clean room, comfortable bed, and well-maintained bathroom were commendable. The friendly staff was always ready to assist, and the free snacks and coffee were a nice addition.
The breakfast could have been better in terms of variety and taste.
